I'm basically just replying to this thread since I am too dumb to subscribe, but I am going to be interested in joining a team. 
I had something less than 15,000 EQMs last year in completing a challenge. I'll probably be shooting for 50,000 this year but hopefully will go for 100,000 if the stars align.

I have PM'd you. My wife and I only flew 2,716 Mqm in 2007 and are projecting at least 50k per person this year. I'm hoping that the MRS can make 1K this year (so that would be 100K).
Let me know, we are one short for our team.

Finally finished reading the first 3 weeks of this thread..... phew.
Over on the NW board, the Great Race promotion is being ridiculed as one of the dumbest promos ever -- well, I think it just moved into the #2 spot. At least with it, the Team Captain can be an All-Star; he/she is just limited to 50% of the earning. And it also allows to recruit newbies, which would seemingly be easier, and more beneficial to the airline.
Time to grab the 250 free EQM and be done with this.

Well, I thought I was on a team, but it turns out that I'm not 
. I had 0 EQMS last year (all my miles went to US), and I'm going for 1K on UA this year. I have 40.9k EQMs so far, and will have just shy of 60k EQMs by the end of February. So:
O: 100k EQMs
Anyone still looking for a teammate?

Hey all... 110K EQMs last year; looking at 150-175K this year; currently at around 25-30K for 2008 so far. Anyone else still interested? I know there are many FTer teams that'll beat that, but maybe my ongoing faith in the uninformed masses (such as I was a year ago) will work out for me!

I would say that would put you into the "Elite" 
category of having a serious chance at the top 50 teams. General concensus on the board seems to be that it will take between 250k-300k to be in the top 50 so you would be a great team member. Unfortunately, my team is already filled out and we will be shooting for a total near the bottom end of that range as everyone thinks that they will be in the 40-60k range.

I'll be interested in participating.
I started to fly UA last year August and made 127 EQM by the end of the year, have booked already till April about 75 EQM as of today have flown 30 EQM, expect to fly this year a total of about 170 EQM maybe a little more, it isn't that much but if interested led me know, have a partner she flown 65 EQM last year and will make 1K for sure this year.
