It is probably just a screw up in the schedule changes. There is no way UA will be converting 777's to Ted any time soon.

Yeah, in that instance, but I've seen fares from LAX to cities that require connections in ORD/IAD allowing a connection in BOS en route to ORD/IAD, so...

I assume all the OP means is that the flight is a two-class 777.

I was researching my BOI-GSO return flight alternatives and this flight showed up as a segment servicing DEN-IAD with service by TED. Of course, we all know how reliable united.com is, but there it was. I believe this would be a new low in service to offer such a flight if it does truly exist.

Argh. For the second time in a couple of weeks both of my PHX-ORD redeyes have converted themselves into PHX-LAX-ORD. Gotta call in and get this fixed. (A further bizarre thing is it always retains my 11A of the redeye into both the PHX-LAX (RJ) and LAX-ORD (757 or A320, I forget).)
