"My Itineraries" on ual.com
My award routing (using MP miles) is:
SFO-SYD-MEL (on UA)
MEL-CHC (on NZ)
I can only view the UA legs on ual.com. Is this normal?

As long as there is at least one UA segment, My Itineraries has allowed me to see all the trip segments, even *A flights, when my MP number is entered in the PNR.

Similarly I have 4 segments of a *A European Airpass that are booked through AC but under my MP number. I can't see any of these on "My Itineraries". Is this normal or was there a screw-up with my MP number? Anyone have any experience with this?

Weird
Still no sign of my NZ flights
I do have confirmation email from UA showing these flights (and it does have my MP #). Is this a big deal? Should I call and make sure the complete itinerary shows up?

My Itineraries usually lets me see my entire trip, even segments on non-UA. I usually book through my travel agent and even segments not on UA and not on *A carriers (e.g., BA, Air Lingus) appear on my itins. I would seem odd that you cannot see your NZ segments, although I do not have experience with award travel and My Itineraries.

I booked a paid J ticket on just TG intra-Thailand (BKK-HKT). There is no UA segment. It does not appear under My Itineraries when I inquire, but if I click on "View Past Trips", it miraculously appears, even though I haven't taken the trip yet. Has anyone experienced this before?

Works as designed ...
I called UA MP and they tell me this is normal. On award reservations, only UA flights can be viewed online. Oh well ...

I have a ticketed December reservation with legs on both US and UA, and it shows up in My Itineraries just fine.
Back in March, a reservation on UA and NZ showed up perfectly fine in My Itineraries, and reflected schedule changes as they happened. Seat assigments on partner airlines were not reflected.
Call back, try another agent.
