LH T intra europe is 0%, but then the next line says 500 mile minimum applies.
So does a T fare earn 500miles for elites, or just nothing.

You get 0% of the 500 minimum. So 0.

I am looking to book a ticket from DEN-FRA-MAD. The DEN-FRA is on LH with L class and the FRA-MAD is SpanAir in K class. Will this earn miles with MP? It is a bit confusing on their wording on when LH L class will earn miles.

Looking at sticky note in the beginning of this thread, I think the answer is yes. But, I want to confirm that post-merger as well, this will hold true.

A family member is traveling SQ on all legs from SFO-BLR RT. There are two fares under consideration - both via a travel agent. Will either fare earn EQMs under the new UA Mileage plus program?
  • fare code : WHMP; Booking Codes: W
  • fare code : HHMP; Booking codes: H

From looking at the SQ site, I know HHMP earns miles on SQ's KF program.

Both will.

G, Q, V, N & T won't. All others will.

I flew on a paid J class roundtrip ticket for travel outbound on March 1 and return on March 2. Both flights were on UA metal and UA tickets. Does my COS bonus credit at 125% (old UA) or 175% (new UA)? Just wondering if I'm going to lose out on a couple thousand award miles because I flew pre-March 3 conversion date. In my account it only looks like I received 125% COS bonus, so don't want to waste time calling to credit if the 175% didn't apply.

Date of flight determines COS bonus, so you will receive 125%.

There is a K fare on UA's website from NYC-JNB that comes up as booking for 150% between FRA and JNB on SAA (100% to FRA). The return is JNB-IAD-NYC (through DKR) and also shows 150% EQMs.

Will I be credited the 150% EQM's or will it be re-booked into some other SAA fare class. SAA shows their K fare in the YBM classification. Any clarification would help! Thanks

You cannot trust UA's website re: % PQMs shown at time of booking. In the past, they have not honored those glitches (based on screenshots), either.

Thanks for the confirmation, that's what I'm assuming will happen too since the fare is pretty low. I will call the desk and clarify since it will make a huge difference in CPM.

On the road now (don't worry, it's a KS highway) so can't easily check, but my memory say K class on LH op is 0 and SA op is 70%.

I've been hunting for the updated version of the first post (for the new United) but no luck finding it... can someone point me the way?

In particular looking at an Asiana T fare -- seems to have been downgraded from 100% to 70%?

Thanks!

www.united.com > MileagePlus > Earn Miles > Asiana Airlines
