Computer Malfunction

Made reservation 2 mos ago SFO-FRA-IST roundtrip departing 05/22. Yesterday a change appeared in routing message on UA.Bomb SFO-ORD-MUC-IST and return via MUC-IAD-SFO.Complained immediately and previous routing reinstated, but lost the reserved seats at economy plus and now only seats available are at the end of the plane in the middle. Complained to the supervisor and explanation is they cant do anything its the mistake of computers from trying to sync with Continental...
Any suggestions ??

Just keep watching the seat map each day... as the flight gets closer you should see some E+ seats open up as people get upgraded.

Barring that..there's really nothing more you can do.
