This year's good luck continues:
LAX-SFO - UA798 ^ (asked captain, said he always has it on, no announcement)
SFO-ORD - UA158 ^ (No announcement).
As an aside, I sat with a 757 flight crew (DEN based but at SFO) as we all ate a little dinner. They were quite nice and we discussed lots of things about UA, the bankruptcy, the merger, etc. When it came to Channel 9, the captain specifically said "I think its great and I always keep it on. People really seem to enjoy it and are always asking."

1/21: IAD-ORF: 757
, upgraded and early1/31: LAS-DEN: CR7 n/a, upgraded and on-time - surprised to see a RJ on the LAS-DEN route, but happy it was there for a Monday morning flight as the mainline at 615am was too early and the other mainline at 900am was too late.
2/5: DEN-LAS: 757 ^, upgraded but not on-time despite landing 10 minutes early. After pulling off runway the nose gear steering became in-op, so we had to wait for a tug and ended up 35 minutes late
