5/17 UA MCO-DEN 765^ - Announced multiple times, first by by pilot while boarding, when I asked to send my thanks to the Pilot, purser grabbed the pilot to talk to me, I said thanks! And, he said, Thanks! Announced again by purser and pilot before pushback. 
And, by the way, the entire flow of service curbside to curbside was outstanding.
