I usually bring an 8oz box of Godivas for the FA's as a group, and also a few $5 Starbucks cards for deserving individual FA.
Usually results in a BRE.
Have also used those 3"x3" small Godiva boxes holding I think 4 pieces for nice checkin or gate agents. Sometimes results in non-collection of paper
