I thought they did way back in the beginning days of ps, maybe not though. That said, its a 5hour flight leaving at 10pm arriving at 7am, if it were me I'd want to get on the plane and sleep as much as possible. You're really looking best case at 4-4.5 hours sleep max which isn't a ton, why make it any less by eating.

Fruit and cheese.......that's all............no wait......small chocolate chip cookie + glass of milk prior to arrival

Order a special meal......LFML will probably something like a breast of chicken, fruit, bread, cookies, snack mix.....it is pretty good and way better than just fruit and cheese.

I wish they did, but no I think it will just be cold chicken breast or hummus/pita chips.

One piece of advice though, if you plan on getting some rest, I would actually recommend sitting in C as opposed to F.

What do you mean "that's all?" What do you normally eat during the middle of the night at home?

The sad thing is, texting at work is a real problem in the customer service sector. I am address this problem at a Dr's Office I'm consulting with. The Medical Assistances (MAs) do not think its a problem. I'm going to use this post to show them that the customer do watch and see what is going on.

BTW the Raviolis looked disgusting, the pursuer could have cleaned up the plate for better presentation.

Please do.
For me, if she did her job well, I don't mind that she was texting.
I held my coat until the door was closed and I was thirst too.
She didn't care about the passengers and just kept texting.
Moreover, after she announced the door had closed and all the electrical devices needed to be turned of, she still kept texting.

I agree with you that she should have cleaned up the plate before she served it.

The really sad part is, why doesn't UA have someone read these post and look at these pictures... THere was a web site www.airlinemeals.net that use to post airline meals(i'm sure many FTers know this web site) at that time I flew CO a lot. CO had someone read the posting and comment on the photos in e-mails to the FAs... We wonder why CO meal service is better then UAs...

Actually, they do. And there have been some changes made, but their primary concentrations appear to be on the Choice Menu (BoB) first.

I had that recently but am too dense to figure out which flight it was on.
They called it sirloin steak with bearnaise sauce and rice. It tasted pretty
much like it looked - the same chuck that used to be "short ribs" with
salted liquefied crayon on it.

Somewhat more palatable meal on 584 DEN-BOS at lunchtime yesterday:

to begin

hot! nuts in the hot! ramekin

minestrone

main course

roast chicken on French roll with melted Gruyere

steak salad, lite ranch dressing
[this meat was the same as the sirloin steak and short ribs of yore]

dessert

grapes, domestic cheese selection (mild yellow rubber cheddaroid,
mild white rubber cheddaroid), Mission fig

prior to arrival
chocolate chip cookie
