3 passengers on one PNR with e-certs?

I have 3 $250 e-certs from various flight issues recently (customer appreciation forms). I wanted to make reservations for 3 of my family including me, but wanted us all on the same PNR for upgrading or E+ seating. Can't do that on .bomb. Will they allow me to call 1K or GS line for this? Or can .bomb support do this?

E-certs can only be used online, so no phone or in-person reservations. Your only possibility would be web support.

Those e-certs explicitly state:
"Number of passengers per itinerary: one"

If you want to use the e-certs, they'll have to be on separate PNRs. You don't need to be on the same PNR for E+ seating, or for upgrades (except under the UDU scheme, but that won't be in place for another 6 months).

I had the same problem last year. I got the e-certs for work travel related delays but I wanted to book tix for my family. I ended up using separate PNRs which is a big pain to keep our seats together. My daughter (GM) kept getting swept back to E-.

Hopefully there's a simply solution because I have another one in hand.

They should learn from CO.
Co.com allows you to use e-certificate for more than one person under the same reservation. you can select which person that you want to apply....
so easy....
I don't know why .bomb can't do....
maybe that's why .bomb is .bomb

I have never been able to get more than one other companion confirmed into E+ in advance on different PNR's. The only other option it to request the rest of your party be moved up at check-in, and then of course it's into whatever seats are left.

Right, mahasamatman is correct... a 1K may bring up to 8 companions into E+, but only if they are on the same PNR. If they are on a different PNR, the limit is 1 companion, regardless of status. I forgot about that.
