After I hastily typed a note in the comments field, I got an answer back about 45 mins later, after I replied again with my PNR's/Last name, no answer. However, it's quite possible the person has gone home for the day, as it was about 6PM EST:

Thank you for your email. I will not be able to see if I can access your itinerary. I will need your reservation number and name. I have accessed many other itineraries today so possible there are intermittent system problems. Thank you

I've had several email exchanges with the vendor in the past 2 days, and they don't beleieve anything is wrong!! They advise "make sure you are spelling your own name correctly". If you, like me, depend on viewtrip, please send them a brief email at [email protected] telling them that the service has not worked for several days, and, yes, you're spelling your name correctly They read that email account more frequently than their Web-based "submit comments" page. If they get enough emails, they'll know we all do know how to spell our names.

Doesn't work for me either. Sending them an email.
