Travel Waiver: Technology Disruption 6-7 August 2025, new original travel dates
Mrs. Lurker flying Montana - CA and on ground at departure airport due to what pilot is calling a UA systemwide shutdown . Anyone know what's going on?

There have been website issues for much of today. Realize they are separate systems but there could infrastructure issues

Yep - just heard that it's weight and balance and it's nationwide - was announced by the captain. Actually said :system that counts and weighs the bags" which, well, close enough!

Sitting on the ground at Denver. We are at gate. The pilot said the name of the system but didn’t catch it. He didn’t sound enthusiastic it would be fixed. Maybe they should try unplugging the router, waiting 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in.

pilot came on and said no update. He is hoping they are trying to reboot. Does not sound optimistic we are going anywhere.

if its the same people in charge of the online Wi-Fi near were hosted. Landed about 430 mountain time. Sitting in Denver, watching all the other airlines move planes..
I had to get some work done, so I upgraded myself to first to be able to work on my laptop. So glad I did right now.
