nope, Ive put in missing miles requests for both the dining and shopping ones for myself as it has been >10 days from the dining and >15 from shopping.

Same for me. Surprisingly, the miles I got out of Shopping after filing my request ended up being more than what I was award for the entirety of MilePlay. Can't complain about getting more miles than expected.
