United award search hangs

United award search hangs
I've tried this in multiple browsers and on multiple devices, with or without signing in. But this award search hangs.
I'm searching for either AMS or VIE to ATH on July 1 possibly July 2. I can understand no award availability but repeatedly hanging on a search?

for how many years working as travel specialist/customer service representative from diffrent airlines. There are some flight that are available if you book for a revenue ticket/paid cash but not available for award/miles booking. That was one of the reasons.

that's both obvious and obviously not the problem here. Certain city pairs error out irrespective of dates. I might have found a workaround. If you search for other dates ... say AMS-ATH for 7/4 it'll show flights for that day (with error) and all the other days. If you then click on 'earlier days', it shows flights, gives an error ... but it appears to work. So choose 6/30 and it will then show available flights for 7/1 AMS-ATH. Yeah ... UA IT ... but perhaps a way around the problem?
