Lifetime miles not crediting

Lifetime miles not crediting
I noticed something strange with my UA account. Since the beginning of April, not all of my paid flights are posting BIS miles to my lifetime mileage total. I’ve had to call UA twice to tell them the litime miles did not post…even if my PQP and PQF totals were updated. I’m at 3.5MM with my quest for the magic 4MM a few years away…so every BIS mile counts!

Are these UA operated flights? Anything unusual -- schedule change, irrops, non-UA ticket, ...
What are the agents saying? In the past MP agents could do ORC including lifetime miles in realtime.

The flights were all on UA tickets on UA metal, with no schedule changes or irrops. Must be just an anomaly…so I will just check my account info well after my flights.
