[UA Survey] - "We’d love your thoughts on United Polaris"

[UA Survey] - "We’d love your thoughts on United Polaris"
In similar fashion to the Polaris survey a few weeks ago, I got a new one today entitled "We’d love your thoughts on United Polaris"

Similar layout of the 8 "most import/least important" features, but then we get to this... I guess they have finally come to the realizing that nobody is "Very Satisfied" with Polaris features?

Just completed the same survey that had the same glitch -- that, or they realize how noncompetitive they are This survey is markedly different from the one a few weeks ago.

Glad it gave me another opportunity to complain about how poorly flight attendant service and food/beverage offerings compare to other carriers (US-based and beyond).

My guess a consultant will not longer be engaged to create surveys for UA.

Or, they are trying to split the "very dissatisfied" crowd between the two options, one of which will get reported as 5/5 to the powers that be...?
