763 Polaris/PP:
N657UA stored since the beginning of the pandemic, sked to ferry GYR-LAX-HNL (2717&2718/9May). Expect En Route to HKG for High J Polaris/PP. N658UA could be nearing completion in HKG. N657UA is last non-Polaris 763.

772ER:
N219UA exited HKG 2708/12May and seat map confirms Domestic configuration. This virtually guaranteed all 4 former ITPE 772ERs are now in Domestic config and ready to take on routes like ORD-HNL and possibly EWR-HNL without range issues.ss format

What is the Domestic config? I see five published configs for the 772, I have been inferring this is a new one, but I haven't been able to find it.

And while on the subject of seat maps, The Points Guy and others are reporting the 764 refits will have 34 Polaris pods, 24 Premium Plus, 48 E+ and 125 Y. The refit will also feature "refreshed" lavs, in-seat AC and USB all cabins, updated IFE, "refreshed jump seats," and LED lighting.

(Frustrated traveller living vicariously through United's fleet...)

Four configurations since the last ITPE unit was just reconfigured.
The four 772ERPW units in Domestic configuration are in 32F/124E+206Y and the last shown on this UA page.
https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/fly...t/777-200.html
There is a different lav configuration with the 772ERs and UA left the Door 2 lavs behind the door and there's a different lav setup at Door 3. Thus the ERs have 4 more F seats, 22 more E+ and 28 fewer Y seats, net of -2 total seats.
The 772A aircraft in Domestic configuration have differing lavs at door #3 that adjusts seating a bit without any change in mix.

Wow. That's a lot of seats in the back: Basically a whole bunch more E+. Sardine time.

32F with no PremPlus is a disappointment. They should be able to monetize PremPlus on the Hawaii routes.

Not to mention the premium transcons UA seems hell-bent on returning them to.

UA could definitely sell them on the transcons. Domestic 777s are terrible on those routes. Luckily I almost never fly transcons.

I fly the 73G frequently for an almost 5 hour flight given where I live and it is quite dated and in my opinion less comfortable in both Y and in F compared to the newer 737s. I see in the first post of the thread that the 73G is marked as "interior renewal to begin". Any insights on the timing of this renewal or the future of the 73G?
