New one for me - PDB offered LHR-EWR: OJ and prosecco only. Asked for water and she said “drink the bottle provided to you in the storage compartment”

Always great paying Polaris fare and not getting water in a glass

SPN-GUM PDB included coffee, which I never see anywhere. They also managed to do a full beverage service in the air, contrary to mainland FAs who the try to avoid doing anything even on flights twice as long. (Flight time is about 20 minutes)

A reduced quantity means you'll appreciate and savor it even more. :star:

EWR-Italy in Polaris...absolutely nothing. And we were well over an hour delayed on the ground and the FAs were nowhere to be found. Pathetic. Who pays $10K+ for these tickets?!?!? Sure, a PDB isn't worth $10K (not suggesting that).

Third (domestic) flight in a row denied PDB other than whatever they had on the tray. 🙁

I am generally denied a PDB of my choice and instead told it is what is on the tray or nada.

Until now I felt the current norm was hedge on the ask then come back anyway with the "custom" request. My luck ran out!
