Is there a point cap on bulk UA tickets?

Hey folks... I'm planning my 2022, and I've got several long-haul international runs planned. I'm Canadian, based out of Toronto.

Long story short, I would like to buy UA Bulk tickets, because I can earn more PQD, than if I were to simply buy a straight up UA ticket. For example, YYZ-EWR-CPT in Premium Economy would equal approx 1700 EQP if I buy it straight up. But if I buy a BULK ticket, it would be worth 20% of the mileage flown - or 3,906 EQP.

You can see the advantage.

HOWEVER, I know if I buy Air Canada or Lufthansa tickets, I'm going to be capped at 750 points per flight for Premium Economy (or 1,500 points per flight if I'm in business class.). What I have NOT been able to determine is if that same point cap exists for bulk UA tickets.

Any insights?

No cap, I flew bulk fare ex-Canada for years, though my last INTL flight was on Feb 2020.
