For this year, maybe the poll ought to have a "ZERO BIS miles" option also. Just having "less than 10 thousand" as its lowest tier is a bit vague.
Out of the current 16 votes for "less than 10 thousand" it appears quite a few have actually not flown UA (or maybe even ANY airline?) at all!
The results for the ZERO option would therefore be quite interesting for 2020.

BIS = 24,723, all but 1,000 during January and February, 2000. Sitting at ~4.25M, hoping for 5M in three years if I can get back up in the air by this summer.
