As for the contents...hilarious. Spidey socks and mask. Everyone seemed to love them.

If you look closely, the amenity kit has an embossed spider web.

I think it would be entertaining to see an entire cabin of sleeping passengers with the bright red Spiderman eye shades when the lights are turned up.

You won't see me with them. I'll take my 747 ones.

It would be great if they could make a safety video that was as short as possible and drop this horrible fun video nonsense. Old people don't watch these movies and don't know what this bs is about. Middle age people my age could care less. They want the IFE to be freed up as this interrupts their viewing or is generally annoying. Kids are all playing on their phone and pay zero attention to the screens.

That's a lot of generalizations in one paragraph. Frankly, I saw a lot of people over 40 when I went to see the last 2 Avengers movies, more than kids under 20.

They need to add a trigger warning before the Spidey video starts. Maybe that might placate everyone?

My only biz flight during the promo and only had the tin cans. Anyone wanna swap the spidey kit for some tin cans or some of the prior leather pouches? Let me know would happily pay shipping both ways!

Personally not a fan of the new safety video. It seems even longer than the previous one, and the lack of any form of music is really disconcerting after hearing the previous video a few hundred times. The periods of long silence just make me more aware of how much shorter it could be.

Sad to see they’ve gone back to flat eye masks. I often bring my own but the curved masks were similar to what I use and a good substitute when I forget my own. These flat ones are very uncomfortable...

The earplugs in the spidey kit are the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. Very pliable and easy to put in but don’t expand too much to be painful.

Agree the eye mask isn’t as comfortable as the foam Polaris masks but they’re only temporary.
