Similar situation on the AMS-SFO returns, showing 26/48 for tomorrow and 12/48 (!!) for WE.
Definitely unusual not to open up any upgrade & award space. I would mark that up to IM not being functional re this new flights.

Happened to check the flight again to see if the situation has improved. It is still showing $2k+ economy tickets and no PZ or I/IN buckets. And as an example the flight tomorrow (5/2) shows only 29/48 booked. Standby and Upgrade list are identical, meaning all non revs
