As a test, I will let you know if the GPU is awarded, cancelled or remains waitlisted (without being upgraded).

The UA IT has glitches. So, you will have a good chance for a Polaris seat. Just do not call UA regarding this reservation. Some agents will fix the IT mistake. Once, I have Z fare (rebooked due to IRROP) changed to PZ by a 1K agent. Good luck.
