Still no change for my April flight. In sum:
Web: no seat assigned, all 40 J seats available for selection, F not available for selection
App: 2A still "assigned" both in booking page and when viewing seat map, other F not available for selection, all J seats available for selection
EF: all F seats blocked, all J (and Y) seats available

I guess I need a program to alert me if it changes.
(and now after reading the article on UA1_flyer, I now fantasize about how life would be if I never had to worry about seating)

This morning my check of the seats showed 20D on both outbound and inbound SFO-LHR-SFO
checked at 11pm showed outbound seat moved to 32D.
so I moved it back to 20D (which was still open) aircraft looks to be configured for the new premium-plus seating.
we will see how it looks again in the morning. just gotta whatchitlikeahawk.........

at first, I was only checking it once a day... then I noticed a pattern, many seats in the E+ section(and possible PP sections 19/20/21) become unassigned... then assigned a few hours later. This pattern has repeated itself many times... I noticed it more and more after I've been checking the seat map several times a day. (even kept the screenshot to make sure that I wasn't remember it wrong)

Watchitlikeahawk is in motion for me. We are within the twilight zone of T-72 and I went from bulkead aisle in E+ to window seat in row 32 (was able to move myself back (for now)). Previously it has always swapped like for like for me but I know that is not everyone's experience and perhaps I was lucky. Or something has changed in their reseating algorithm merry-go-round.
