Book and take a trip in a premium cabin 2 times ($1200 each) by October 31, 2018 to get 7,200 bonus award miles.

Pathetic

Do not know.
Additionally, if my reservation was booked prior to promotion registration, but has not been ticketed yet, will it count?
It should. Date is based on ticketing date when you receive your ticket number starting with 016.

I just got my offer and it's almost reasonable. 10K bonus miles if I book and fly 2 trips before Oct 31. Trips have to be >$300 each.

WAIT!!!

I checked and lo and behold, I AM ELIGIBLE!!!

"Book and take a trip in a premium cabin 2 times by October 31, 2018 to get 100,000 bonus award miles."

That's pretty impressive, except I have all travel booked until end of the year. Do I now cancel those trips and re-book them to be part of this promotion???
book las-lax in f then book lax-san in f? seems really worth it to me. or do they have to be 2x international journeys?

Probably not any sort of international journey requirement, but I'm guessing there must be a minimum spend requirement...I'm wondering what it is for the offer that @narvik got!

I'm eligible (1K and 2MM flyer), but it wants me to book and take 5 premium-cabin trips that are >$500 each by 10/31 in order to get 20,000 points.

FIVE premium-cabin trips in six weeks for only a 20,000-point reward??? This is not the least bit motivating, unless they're motivating me to feel angry about their stinginess. If it were 50k I might be willing to stretch & spend to make this happen.

Mine is similar - FIVE premium cabin trips at $1100 per purchase by October 31st, for 44000 miles. No thanks!

Sorry, I omitted that part; it was $1700; each trip has to be a minimum of $1700.
Looks like it is not going to happen.
The one time I am eligible.....they make it so I JUST can't quite get there. They're such a tease!
