Main course just served. They managed to shrink the chicken further. No PDB either.

Sorbet gone again. I had that 4 weeks ago on same flight

On a recent flight to KOA there was actually a PDB and real cups and glassware. Otherwise the food was abysmal. Service was very courteous and professional which is a departure from most of my UA flights.
