Then there is potential for a non 787 -- I hope they keep refreshing the paint as I've seen some pretty ratty looking planes lately...

I like the "ratty looking" planes with the peeling paint and blaster scars, etc. - it gives the aircraft that Star Wars look of authenticity.

I’d prefer to take an imperial cruiser and make a safe jump to hyper-suck for my “meal” for my 14 hour flight to Tokyo - not in Luke’s tatty x-wing having a warmed stroopwafel from his lightsaber….

IIRC they change napkins every quarter or 6 mnths. So I'd expect this design to last at least through the end of the year.

Might as well go back to the battleship gray livery that fell apart fast and looked like they had actually gone through WWII.
