I did not get the promo email but the link is now on the front page of the UA website, and when I tried it the feedback was I registered successfully. Might be useful to some:

1. Only original recipients of the email invitation to the offer can register and participate in the promotion.
My guess is United sent you the email, but for some reason you didn't receive it. (Spam filter?).

Apparently I'm not alone in not having received a single targeted promotion from UA in the last 2 years. I have received a few from AA though.

If it is like the targeted survey the did awhile back, it will display on the home page of the member if they are targeted. If you are not targeted, you will see yet another "-----...Friendly" spot.
