Long lines in phx. They are checking people in who have printouts of their itinerary, in the order of flight departure...
I finally make it to gold and the weather and technology are conspiring to ensure I never get to enjoy traveling...oh well..thank God for hotel points x

I'm not premier but I attempted to call the other contact #s and of course the same thing. Not complaining, though, It is what it is. I have to say, I like how they politely picked up , politely explained the situation, politely asked me to call back, then politely hung up in my face. lol

EWR-HNL scheduled for 9:20 was wheels up at 10:30. I guess they were lucky and already boarded before the computers crashed.

Have a 45-minute layover at ORD this afternoon (only possible schedule without overnighting anyway, from one small airport to another), and with yesterday's weather, all flights tomorrow booked solid. If I don't make it by tomorrow afternoon, I'm screwed (the trade show will open tomorrow night whether I'm in my booth or not).
When will UA concede that this computer system is a big mistake?
