I just called in, and surprisingly an agent picked up right away, however she greeted me with "Thank you for calling United. Our system is currently unavailable."

The "System" just started to take check in at IAD again but still has huge lines. Was told that the system was down for more then two hours.

Check-in area was a mess here at DEN. There was a long line just for the 2 carry-on only kiosks behind the 1K check-in. I'm glad I had a pdf copy of my boarding pass in email. When I got down to pre-check, which was empty, I tried to refresh my boarding pass on the mobile app and it said something about a change to my reservation and then wiped out the boarding pass. Seems to be working again now.

At 10:55 ET, gate agent announced that ORD had stopped all flights and we are holding up boarding in LEX and apparently everywhere else until the computer systems start behaving again. No estimate for when things would be working again. Small flight but a number of people are having boarding passes issued manually and it is taking them a long time to do it, apparently the computer will work for a few minutes, then not work, then work again, and so on.

Yep, stuck here in BOM in a frozen still Premier Access lane. Ugh, cutting into my lounge time--I think I might be the first FTer to see the new BOM T2 and associated lounge, and I wanted to grab some pictures.
