Same here--though I wonder if we'll have problems using them (FWIW, I haven't had any problems using old and expired drink chits; I have hoarded the no-date ones, though).

I qualified for 1K in mid-October and haven't received anything yet. I don't care about the card (last year's is still good through the end of January 2014) but I would like the drink coupons.

made 1K back in July; new card (valid until 01/15) was waiting for me when cam back from a longer trip in Aug.

Interesting temp card
I just qualified for 1K on 24 Dec (was Plat in most of 2013!)
The card that shows when I click
Print MileagePlus Card
shows me as 1K, but has a 01.2014 expiry.
Shouldn't that give me a 01/2015 expiry?

I don't it is a bug. Intentionally done so those not requalifying for the next year at that level won't reap those benefits after 1/31.
Still haven't gotten my 1K card from late summer/early fall. Plt pkg did arrive last week and there was a week difference between obtaining plt & 1K statuses so hopefully I see it this week.

They can just use a different date for those who haven't requalified. If it's a feature, it's a stupid one.

Requalified two weeks ago as 1K but also passed the MM mark on the same trip. I'm wanting to nominate my wife to share my status, who would otherwise be demoted to Silver. The nomination site is down until the New Year, so I shall be curious to see if she gets a Silver card, or if they hold back until the nominations happen and then send her a 1K card.

Live in the Washington DC-area and got my 2014 packet yesterday via snail mail. A few changes from last year:
- 1K card has that new banner on it that you see using the mobile tool
- 2 baggage tags with slightly different design (with plastic holders)
- 10 drink chits but they are yellow this year
- Welcome packet is smaller and less crap - focus is on the "enhancements"
- Info on the Mercedes deal and the phone number chart

Got my 1k packet in Nov, and just noticed that the drink chits do, in fact, expire 31 Jan 14. I wonder if they will spring for 10 more Chits in Jan?
