Unable to book
So I've been trying to purchase award tickets since yesterday and I can't. Keep getting the "we are unable to process your request". That said, every time I try they charge $2.50 to my card, and they also already put 2 $75 holds for the 2 different reservations they generated.
Anyone else having this problem? I already tried 3 browsers in 2 different computers and keep hitting the same. This happened to me before, maybe a year or two ago, but I don't remember how I fixed it, and I really don't want to keep getting more of those $2.50 charges/holds in my account for trying.

I was trying to avoid that. Next idea is to have my parents try from their home computer and see if it works (I'm actually freeloading off their miles for this trip).
