Unable to book
So I've been trying to purchase award tickets since yesterday and I can't. Keep getting the "we are unable to process your request". That said, every time I try they charge $2.50 to my card, and they also already put 2 $75 holds for the 2 different reservations they generated.
Anyone else having this problem? I already tried 3 browsers in 2 different computers and keep hitting the same. This happened to me before, maybe a year or two ago, but I don't remember how I fixed it, and I really don't want to keep getting more of those $2.50 charges/holds in my account for trying. |

Why don't you call in? Explain the difficulties and errors and they should waive the phone fee if you are not a status that is exempt from phone fees. If reservations can't help they can transfer you to web support.
