Of course the miles were worthless, other than ( I found out) getting VS tickets, which I was able to do twice.

That looks pretty decent. I'm actually fairly happy with all the features of the united.com site, it's just that it's in the 2006 skin. A website redesign would be very welcomed (and quite overdue).

Nah. If it's an App, it's a terrible one. Look at all the text and links. It's a website displayed on a tablet.

Hopefully it's not the new one. If it is, it wasn't run by the Marketing Dept or it was and .....well?

Still looks like a failed game of Tetris.

Perhaps the new website will be released on Friday?

Hopefully the new website will retain the features that many of us utilize on a frequent basis (expert mode, search specific fare classes, etc..)

We'll like what they are revealing? I am still reeling from all the other changes they said we would like.

They should replace Alex with a regular search function + online chat.

I would just like them to either leave expert mode permanently on if it is remembering me or give me a simple way to quickly log in to access it. I hate having to go to my account or my reservations and clicking through a bunch of links to be able to log in so that expert mode will be enabled. My default is generally to go to "print a duplicate mileageplus card" to log in, and then start my flight search over again.

I think that UA has actually done a really good job with the app and based on that I have expectations that they can create a decent website too.
