Presumably any AC pax who qualify could use the UA Club in A2, but they'd need to use the bus (or reclear through security) to get to their gate. AC doesn't run enough flights out of EWR to warrant an MLL.

Isn't the rumor that they're going to turn that old RCC into a MLL, similar to what they did at LGA w/the old PC?
