Soft landing to Gold :-)
Hi,
I was Premier Platinum last year but only managed @ 45K miles. I was
shot down to Premier Silver. Then I made a request and was given soft
landing to Gold but with a gentle reminder that this is only offered once
in 5 years or so :-)
My price to upgrade to Gold would have been $1099 so this was a
nice gesture by united.
Hope I can maintain this level for next year..
