I am at just over 344k - considering all my travel are vacations, at the rate I am going, I can become MM in about 12-15 years, so maybe by the age of 45. By then, if UA exists, the only MM benefit left will be a shiny luggage tag and a free cookie.

Though i've just dropped off the 1K bandwagon for the first time in 10 years, and not feeling much enthusiasm to get it back next year. The main bonus for me this year was that UA did give me lifetime UC membership having not quite made the 2M mark by end of 2011. Suspect I might not make it to lifetime 1K.
