Achieved 1k requalification in November and new card for 2013 arrived in December. Am a million miler as well but my partner has received no new credentials as of today. So I guess those come closer to the expiration date (end of January). We'll see.....

I re-qualified Platinum at August, so I received my Platinum credential during the mid December, however I just made 1K on 12/31, I haven't received any 1K credential yet.

Requalified for 1K on 12/11, still no packet.
Already took a flight 1/10, IAH-SNA where the drink chits would have come in handy (I never get upgraded on that segment).
Have a vacation trip 2/2-2/9 LAX-OGG in E+ where the drink chits would again come in handy. Crossing my fingers...

Requalified for 1K about a month ago, no 1K packet yet. I wonder if the delay is related to the mileage credit posting problem UA had earlier this month.
