Copa - will they account for United delays?
Situation is I fly United from the U.S, 3 legs before I get to Colombia where I have a separate Copa booking 2.5 hours after I land
Both U.S connections have less than 1 hour connection time
United being United, I know making both connections is a risk
I plan on interlining of course
Wondering if I miss a flight and get rebooked into Colombia the day after, if I can easily get Copa to rebook me accordingly without charging me a change fee, or for a new tic?
Anyone have experience with a situation like this?

With separate tickets -- you are at risk. It will depend on the individual agent and many times they are understanding. But with separate tickets, the formal policy has you at risk. But a reasonable chance if you explain the situation, should it help and Copa will work with you on this.
But this is a risk you took.
