There were also showers after you got your luggage walking towards the right side at the restroom area. I used one years ago but they had no towels at the time so to stay on the safe side bring your own. Never mind seems like you can get a towel now as well, here is the link from the airport:

I arrived in MUC a couple days ago and noticed advertisements for shower service in the baggage claim area. Didn't take any details though.
