PN fare class PQM earnings?
I just upgraded a SJU-EWR H fare for $160 and it put me in PN class - does that class earn 150% PQM? It says 100% on the website but I know that is notoriously wrong.

What happened here, the OP purchased H fare, and UA.com offered the OP the option to upfare to an instant upgradeable fare, which is an M fare in this case. So, the OP will be "rebooked" into M and got the upgrade via PN inventory.
Since, M fare does not earn bonuses, the OP will only receive 100%.
I did a quick look in EF:
EWR-SJU One Way fare
H fare- $299
M fare- $459
In some cases, a buy up will book into a B fare and the upgrade will clear via PN, and in this case the flyer will get the 50% bonus.

Yep. Just got off the phone with a nice rep from the 1K desk. She said it did indeed book into M then auto upgraded to PN. She said if I wanted to bump it to a B fare it would be another $130. No thanks!

I called in to United due to a schedule change for a flight that I was originally booked in P-class. After selecting my new flights and such it is now showing me in fare class PN. Should I be worried about not getting my 150% mileage?

My recent upgraded flights have been credited properly.
A P fare upgraded to Global First (booked into ON) credited as ZP at 150/150.
An M fare instant upgraded to First (booked into PN) credited as ZM at 100/100.
A P fare upgraded to Global First (booked into ON) credited as ZP at 150/150.
An M fare instant upgraded to First (booked into PN) credited as ZM at 100/100.

Same here - I haven't had any issues at all in recent months. The glitch causing issues in the past seems to be fixed, at least for the most part
