Mileage balance mismatch on UA website

Mileage balance mismatch on UA website
I am new to UA, and this might be old news to some, however I could not find a thread on it.
The "Mileage Balance" on the "My Account" page says something different than the "Ending Balance [as of today]" on the "MileagePlus Activity Since My Last Statement". They are off by about 8000 miles. PQMs and PQSs match perfectly on both pages.
I am missing a 150% bonus for a Y segment, which UA is working on. But that does not match the discrepancy.
Is that usual for UAs website? Which one is correct? Will they ever reconcile?
