Disappearing GPUs
I started the year with 6 United SWUs. I applied three to flights that later were taken post-integration -- one cleared, two didn't. Yet, somehow, I now have just 1 remaining GPU.

What do I do exactly to sort this out?

SWUs that don't clear are now penalized an additional SWU. This was initiated to limit the number of upgrades petitioned for....Didn't you get the memo?

You should call 1K line and they will work with MP with you on the line. Have ticket numbers/PNRs for the trips where GPUs were pulled
