Non-Stop ORD - SJU Gone?
Am I going crazy or has United done away with the ORD - SJU non-stops?
Now instead of a 4-5 hour travel day, it turns into a minimum 8-9 hours, with even more chance of problems, both mx and weather related.
Anybody have any insight into this?

FLY AA
Plenty of options!!! AA has 2 or 3 a day to SJU!! I don't think SJU was ever daily? I remember always flying AA to SJU from ORD..
Is the triangle flight gone?? ORD-STT-SJU? Or was it the other way around?? I remember taking it once..

Of course, just because the flights are full, doesn't mean they're profitable.
I only flew ORD-SJU once, but it was for business and I bought my ticket three days in advance - it was still only around $200 one-way. Pretty cheap for such short notice.
11 of the 12 of us in F were 1Ks - this was a Monday morning in Sept.
