Using 2 United e-certificates at once
Is it possible to use two e-certificates at once? I need to book for myself and my wife and we both have an e-cert.
Also, anyone notice that United.com doesn't seem to accept the e-certificates anymore? Mine aren't working. May have to call in to get help over the phone.
If anyone has any tips that'd be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure you can only apply one per PNR so you're going to have to book separately.
As for the cert not working, are you putting the number in the Offer Code box? Is it giving you an error of any sort?

This is the old united e-cert. The error I get is "! The Offer Code for the eCertificate you are using is incorrect. Please re-enter. If the problem persists, contact the eCertificate issuer for assistance."

I was able to call web support a couple days ago and use 3 different ecerts to get me, brother and dad all on my pnr. This was great as I they get my benefits now traveling with me and I was able to use the full value of the certs. ^
