Is Bulkhead going to be E++?

You can argue that UA downplays the value of the former Row 6 (now 7) on Airbii, given the nice amount of legroom (and more "faceroom" compared to the CO 737s). CO includes these in the ELR offerings. Even once E+ is adopted, I wouldn't be suprised for the bulkheads to have more restrictions equivalent to the exit rows.

I figure the new UA will only allow 25K/year flyers free access to E+ at checkin. Much like the current CO policy...

But currently the 'up front' seating in Y is only accessible to Silvers. It's not E+; it's just sitting further up in the cabin. And Silvers still don't have access to exit rows until T-24
