Psycho: The name's Francis Soyer, but everybody calls me Psycho. Any of you guys call me Francis, and I'll kill you.

Leon: Ooooooh.

Psycho: You just made the list, buddy. And I don't like nobody touching my stuff. So just keep your meat-hooks off. If I catch any of you guys in my stuff, I'll kill you. Also, I don't like nobody touching me. Now, any of you homos touch me, and I'll kill you.

Sergeant Hulka: Lighten up, Francis.

ATTENTION UNITED PERSONNEL:

In an effort to reduce computing costs, all colons will be replaced with semi-colons; as you well know, we pay SHARES system costs per character. This simple substitution will save us millions. In our EMEA region, this also includes the complete elimination of umlauts.

Thank you.

More than 700K BIS miles on UA over the last decade and I have no clue what Glen Tilton looks like.

I look around at the brand names of products in my home and try to picture what the CEOs of those companies look like -- can't... I've never seen them.

Yet only a few months into the CO/UA merger and I already hate this Smisek guy, because his face and worthless video chatter keep invading my space.

Why does this guy think we care who he is, what he looks like, etc or want to hear his corporate cliches that are the conversational equivalent of small talk? I find myself experiencing "sky rage" every time I see his videos, which has been a few dozen more times that I'd like to have experienced it.
