Railcard Discounts on HEX

if I am the only person in ignorance of this change I apologise but some time in the last year or so HEX have started giving railcard discounts. You can I presume buy them at the stations (not I think the automatic ticket machines) and www.thetrainline.com prices the following for off peak travel
(I put in times in the middle of the day about a week hence):-

Open return HEX :-

£29 with no railcard
£19.10 with network railcard
£19.10 with gold card (the free network railcard you get if you have an annual season ticket)

Open return LHR Connect:-

£12.90 with no railcard
£10.00 with network railcard
£8.50 with gold card (cheaper because not subject to a £10 minimum fare like the network card).

Haven't tried it yet though.

I suspect HEX are happy that we all continue in ignorance of this change...

Harry
