Eurostar to Paris

I am planning to travel to London, then onto Paris, and back to London.

I would like to take the Eurostar to Paris.
Due to my itinerary, I am going to Paris from Heathrow Airport. I understand that the Eurostar leaves from the Waterloo station.

Question: How do I get to the Waterloo station and how long does it take?
