BA or Aspire at EDI?

BA or Aspire at EDI?
My last time with this choice (October 2021) was an early morning departure and Aspire won hands down with their breakfast choice. This weekend it's a 16:00 departure so is there any advantage to the BA Lounge at this time of day or should I stick with Aspire?
